I'm only on page 30 and already I've learned more than I ever knew about the forest. This is a must have for any New England nature lover or anyone interested in Forest ecology. Thank you to friend and ally Justin Pegnataro from Two Coyotes Wilderness School for the great suggestion!

Oh, I have this book! It's funny...Tom Wessels is someone that I went with on a walk with long ago and watch a friend of mine help build his cabin home up in Vermont 25 years ago! It was thru a weaving friend of mine that I happen to meet him. And you know what else is funny...I was just looking thru books today and spotted that one and thought to myself...i should pick that up again!
